St Marys Road, Frazer fountain
This monument is a Frazer Fountain, a drinking fountain which is no longer in use. It is merely decorative now, located on a traffic island at the intersection of St Marys Road and Prince Albert Road. It sight directly behind St Marys Cathedral and close to the entrance to The Domain.

I wonder why drinking fountains were so ornate in the past. Whatever, they make for welcome city decoration now.
