Kings Cross, Stones Against The Sky

"Stones Against The Sky" is a contemporary sculpture created by Ken Unsworth in 1998. It is installed in front of The Elan apartment building at Kings Cross, in the inner city suburb of Rushcutters Bay. This view is from the entrance of the building, looking towards the Sydney city skyline at sunset.

    1. I don't think much of the sculpture either but it makes a good silhouette against a sunset. If you click on The Elan link, you can see it in the daylight although it's dwarfed by the apartment building.

  12. Having them 'in the sky' makes them somehow look without weight.
