A giant replica of the official match ball for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup is located in Martin Place. The soccer tournament, which is taking place from 20 July to 20 August 2023, is jointly hosted by Australia and New Zealand. The 'Oceaunz' name comes from a combination of Oceania, Australia and New Zealand.
