Rozelle, motorway stacks

Looking across Rozelle Park to three chimney stacks above motorways in the inner west suburb of Rozelle. The Rozelle Interchange is an underground junction of the M4 and M8 Motorways which link to Anzac Bridge and the Western Distributor. The stacks were designed by architect Chris Fox as part of Rozelle Parklands, a 10-hectare (25-acre) open green space. It opened in 2023 and features wetlands, a village green, recreation areas and barbecue facilities.

  2. This is amazing. I'm also trying to wrap my head around an underground intersection. You guys are way ahead of our traffic engineers in the States.
