Rockdale, day care centre

Roslyn Hall is a historic house located in the southern suburb of Rockdale. It was built around 1888 in the Victorian Italianate architectural style and is now used as a day care centre for children.

  7. How lucky to have the use of such a lovely old building, wonder what the gardens are like?

  8. Ann, it's located on Cameron Street, off Bay Street, close to Rockdale Public School.

PerthDailyPhoto, the gardens seemed to be quite sparse actually. Perhaps maintenance of gardens which are also friendly for young children is difficult.

  10. I like your pictures but the most the dust storm over the rockdale railway station and somewhere a picture about port botany. They catch also very good the atmosphere of the moment.

  11. Hi I was one of the 20 kids who lived in this beautiful old home in the 60/70's. Many good memories. We had a huge playroom and a pool which is now gone. If any x-residents see this a big HI from.me
