  4. Looks like that fast boat has over taken the boat at quite a close distance. Don't they have rules.

    We just had a jet ski boat accident. Apparently one was overtaking and ran into the other and killed him.
    By law in NZ, boats must travel at only 5 knots (9km/h) within 200m of shore or 50m from another boat or swimmer.
