Don't know that I've actually ever "ferried" anywhere - unless you count the boat we took to see Fort Sumter in South Carolina. Does look like a nice way to get from one place to another. Like the buildings in the background as well.
Nice ferry and picture. I love old steamships you know.

What a smart looking ferry. I like the roof line of the building, too. It sort of mirrors the opera house roof, doesn't it! I guess spring has sprung for you Aussies!

ReplyDeleteAh! Charlotte has a historical link to the ferry fleet much the same as Hornet does to the U.S. Navy.
