Sculpture by the Sea is the world's largest annual free public outdoor sculpture exhibition which this year ran from 28th October to 14th November 2010. It was located on the two kilometre coastal walk from Bondi to Tamarama. These sculptures along the cliffs were overlooking MacKenzies Bay and had the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop.

  2. Oh man, you have so much real world class sculptures there at once. The location isn´t that bad either. You are so lucky. Michel LeGrands blue one was my favourite of these.

  3. These are insane. I so have to get into action and see it for myself. My family and I made the trek last year and we certainly weren't disappointed. Amazing stuff. Great shots. Pruxxx

  11. Great shots, especially the first one.

I noted your query about covered bridges/ They were built to protect the bridges from the weight of massive snowfalls. The angle of the roofs allows the snow to slide into the river rather than make the bridge impassable or unstable/

  16. I'm really diggin' this seaside sculptures series you have going. I would so be into that walk! There are many beautiful and/or interesting, whimsical and even comical sculptures here, that it's hard to choose one favorite.

    Really enjoyed this blogging experience!

    Ciao,
    Gina
