Centennial Park, Duck Pond

Looking across Duck Pond in Centennial Park, in the eastern suburbs. This pond is popular for birdwatching, since it attracts waterfowl, ibises, ducks and swans, such as these two swimming across here.

  1. I wonder if there are some 'hides' around this pond Jim, excellent spot to do a bit of birding!

  6. It must be a fair sized pond, judging by the wavelets those swans are swimming through!! It looks such a peaceful place!
