Botanic Gardens, Lotus Pond

The Lotus Pond is located in the Royal Botanic Gardens and is linked to the Main Pond. The lotus or water lilies that surround the fountain in the middle of the pond are brown and dying off at this time of year. To view the lilies green and thriving in summer see here. To view the pond without the lillies in winter see here.

  1. I would definitely like to see a close up photo of a lotus flower. You have a chance to see that you have lotus pond near you. Thanks for sharing.

    1. I'll see what I can do about getting a shot in the season when the lotus flowers are in bloom. :)

  2. Both are nice sights, but I like the green lilies best. I hate seeing things dying.

  9. Hey, I think your site might be having browser compatibility issues.

When I look at your blog site in Firefox, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer,
it has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up!
Other then that, very good blog!
