Alexandria, Sydney Park, sculptures

These giant pink snail sculptures are currently located at the top of a hill in Sydney Park, in the inner city suburb of Alexandria. Snailovation are brightly coloured snails that were created by the Cracking Art Group. They have been installed on city streets and in parks as part of Art and About Sydney, a festival of art in unusual places. The Sydney skyline can be seen in the distance.

  1. I like the pink snails I'd even give them a home except they would be too big for my garden

    1. Thanks, I'm glad you noticed that. I thought those two apartment blocks would be a good focal point. :)
