Tamarama, Sculpture By The Sea

Sculpture by the Sea is the annual outdoor sculpture exhibition currently on display on the two kilometre coastal walk from Bondi to Tamarama. "Time Frame" was created by Maggie MacFadyen and Griffen Lim. These red and yellow sculptures are located along the walkway and lookout barriers, with views to the Pacific Ocean and the beach at Tamarama

  1. I thought at first that I would find that installation annoying, cluttering up the view. But once you explained it as a set of frames, I became intrigued. It does make nice shadows, too.

  3. These sculptures remind me of symbols we have on the Mornington Peninsula. They are placed near boating channels which enter into Port Phillip Bay. An interesting one.
