Sculpture by the Sea is an annual outdoor sculpture exhibition which ran from 24 October to 10 November 2013. These sculptures were located on the cliffs beside the two kilometre coastal walk from Bondi to Tamarama.
I've loved every one Jim, Bondi is the perfect venue, almost as perfect as Cottesloe :)
ReplyDeleteThose are great sculptures
ReplyDeleteSpectacular sculptures in an equally spectacular setting!
ReplyDeleteGreat ones.
ReplyDeleteanother beautiful set. do you know where these went after their limited run?
ReplyDeleteI have noticed sculptures from previous exhibitions pop up in various places around town or be mentioned in the media. I suppose some end up in the hands of private buyers too. I'll have to see if they provide some sort of register of where the artworks end up.
DeleteMore fantastic sculptures, Jim!! They are magnificent!! And, yes, it is a spectacular setting!! Thanks for sharing!!
ReplyDeleteGreat sculptures!
ReplyDeleteAll fascinating!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.

I can't decide which I like best - they are all wonderful!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful setting for a sculpture garden. The sea through the first one is so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea and beautiful photos.
ReplyDeleteThey are beautiful and unique sculptures......the red ones look like birds.
ReplyDeleteThey are crows.
DeleteI really like the top sculpture...and your pic of it!!!
ReplyDeleteWhile the last image is certainly the Ruby Tuesday image, I love that first sculpture and your composition of the image. Really well done.
ReplyDeleteYes, Great pictures, I like them all, the first is sensational!
ReplyDeleteMy daughter always liked twisty trees like in the legend of the red crows sculpture. They are all great, it seems when they are abstract it gives the mind something to play with. I used to make string art like the third photo but it's more complex to make it 3-D. The beach background enhances the art.
ReplyDeleteI didn’t see the sculptures this year, so I appreciated your coverage. Great photos.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing these various sculptures. Never saw anything like them. Very interesting and enjoyable to see.
ReplyDeleteInclusions just really caught my eye! Love it!
