Darling Harbour, Cockle Bay Wharf

The buildings at Darling Harbour feature a new 'inflatable' brand identity with promotional signs in the style of inflated balloons. The Cockle Bay Wharf building, on the eastern side of Cockle Bay, has restaurants, cafes, bars, a nightclub and a function centre, is featuring this giant "EAT" sign above one of the main entrances. Other promo signs in the area are "SHOP" and "AHOY".

  2. Creative balloon art. I have never seen a balloon shaped into a sign. I wonder how well it stands up to inclement weather?

    1. I don't think they are balloons at all. I suspect they are plastic castings shaped like balloons. They do look authentic but.

  6. Great sign. It looks like a command to bulk up on high calorie food.
