Maroubra, fire station

Maroubra fire station is located along Maroubra Road, in the eastern suburb of Maroubra. It was designed by Spain and Cosh in the Interwar Free Classical aritectural style and built in 1924.

  8. Yes to the description (Interwar Free Classical aritectural style) and yes to the date (built in c1924). It is almost Georgian in its gorgeous symmetry. But oh those dark bricks are horrid.
