The Balmoral Bathers Pavilion at Balmoral Beach overlooks Middle Harbour, in the north shore suburb of Mosman. This heritage listed building was built in 1929 with influences from Mediterranean, Spanish Mission and Moorish architectural styles. Located along The Esplanade, it originally contained the changing facilities, lockers, showers and a kiosk for Balmoral Baths which were in use until 1967. It was converted into a restaurant and has had extensive modifications over the years but continues to operate as a restaurant and cafe today.

Beach pavilions were usually designed in very functional, rather ordinary looking architecture. This one must have looked exotic and gorgeous, way back in 1929. Thank you for the link.. I will add it to my list.
