Chippendale, Central Park, Halo (Theme Day: Movement)

Central Park is an urban redevelopment of the former Kent Street Brewery located on the corner of Broadway and Abercrombie Street, in the inner city suburb of Chippendale. "Halo" is a wind activated kinetic sculpture, created by Jennifer Turpin and Michaelie Crawford, located in the middle of Chippendale Green. The giant yellow ring measuring 12 metres in diameter is attached to a 6 metre long silver arm, which pivots off-centre atop a 13 metre high tilted silver pole.

    1. Yes, Chippendale is a suburb in Sydney, named after William Chippendale who was granted an estate here in 1819.
