Newtown, apartments

This apartment block is located along King Street,  in the inner city suburb of Newtown. The original building on the left is a former warehouse built in 1914. It has been incorporated in the newer development on the right.

  1. Beautifully updated and newly built structure. We have had the same here with an old piano manufacturing building that is now made into offices with additional, matching buildings in the complex. Nice!

  8. That is interesting and I love that the old has been incorporated into the new. That should happen a lot more so that the history is preserved.

  9. Terrific rehab indeed!! I think it's terrific when people can make the most of the old and I do wish it happened more frequently!!
