Coogee, St Brigid Parish Hall

St Brigid's Parish Hall is located beside St Brigid Catholic Church, along Brook Street, in the eastern suburb of Coogee. It was built in 1935 in the Byzantine architectural style.

  1. This is a lovely house of worship - not so ornate that we forget abut why we worship, aa simple a style as is our faith...

  2. Interesting brick structure. Like the variation in the brick.

  3. Don't like the dark bricks at all, but the Byzantine Style was refreshing back in 1935.

    1. They look well proportioned in front of the much taller church but a little overwhelming in front of this smaller hall.
