Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church is located along Shaw Street in the southern suburb of Kingsgrove. Designed by architects Maclurcan and Brown and built in 1970, it was the first church in Australia, and one of the first in the world, to have a central altar.
It looks modern and well-kept. I'd guess you mean 1970?

A beautiful and unusual outside. Wow, a central altar in a Catholic church, that must have been indeed revolutionary!
