Strathfield South, St Anne's Catholic Church

The former St Anne's Catholic Church is located along St Annes Square, in the western suburb of Strathfield South. This church was built in 1864 and became the church hall when a new church was built alongside it in 1953.

  3. I must have a sweet tooth right now because that church reminds me of buttercream on a birthday cake.

  6. Another very nice capture of this church. I like the smaller churches better than those that have thousands of members.

  7. Good contrast between the almost-white church and bright blue sky. Thanks for linking to Blue Monday!

  8. I am so glad that they didn't tear it down just because it wasn't needed any more. What a lovely architectural style.
