These sculptures were recently exhibited in Marks Park in the eastern suburb of Tamarama with backdrops of the Pacific Ocean. They were part of the 22nd annual Sculpture by the Sea exhibition, which was located along the two kilometre coastal walk from Bondi to Tamarama until last weekend.
Hello Jim, Love these sculptures by the sea! They really fit here with the ocean in the background! The "Sphere" interests me in particular! Many thanks for this art addition to All Season this week! Have a great spring week! Junieper/Jesh StG
They are all fabulous!
ReplyDeleteIcarus Rising is my favourite.
ReplyDeleteInteresting contrast in that last photo between the horizon and the rectangular openings.
ReplyDeleteIt's an unusual sculpture and I've seen it photographed from a couple of different angles where it looks totally different.

ReplyDeleteCool sculptures. The beautiful ocean backdrop makes them even more dramatic.
ReplyDeleteI love all the sculptures and sky shots.
ReplyDeleteI love the symmetry in the last shot and how you used to horizon to good effect. How did you manage to get more than one posting?
ReplyDeleteThanks, Stanley. I didnt think they limited us from posting more than one.
