Looks like a cosy spot for the boat owners! Also, see the platform in the front, to dock, or even to fish? Do the boats stay here through the winter, or do they have an indoors overwintering place?

Jesh, It doesn't get cold enough in the winter to worry about housing boats elsewhere.
