This is part of a mural on a hoarding around the former Carlton and United brewery in the inner city suburb of Chippendale. It was painted by artist Janne Birkner, also known as Krimsone. The building is part of the Central Park redevelopment.
I can't find anything is but if you click on the "Chippendale" link you could see the other images which are part of the artwork and it might help you form an idea.
