A view of the Loftus Crescent entrance of Homebush railway station, in the western suburb of Homebush. The heritage listed station was built in 1855, as part of the Main Suburban Line from Redfern to Parramatta. Today it is served by Sydney Trains T2 Inner West & Leppington Line services. The lift in the centre, which connects the street with the concourse, is a recent addition built in the same style.

DeleteWhen you take these photos of public buildings, there are never any people there and they are always neat, clean and tidy. Is there any place there that doesn't look pretty???...:)jp
ReplyDeletejp, I wait around for the people to move along before I take a photo. Weekends are often quiet in some locations like this. Generally, most places are quite tidy too. If there is a bit of rubbish around, I might remove it or come back another time.
