That looks like a swell place to hang out in the southern sunshine.
I don't have a yacht, but I would still hang around the Botany Bay Yacht Club.
Looks so amazing with that Blue sky so bright!

I would like to sit out on the balcony and watch the boats coming and going.
It looks very approachable and fun for a Yacht Club!
The building looks a bit from the 1970s-ish but no doubt they have a nice outlook
