Tamarama, substation

This substation is located along Fletcher Street, in the eastern suburb of Tamarama. Although the building itself is quite unremarkable, the graffiti artwork on the door is fascinating. It features a skeletal arm and hand holding a Google Nest. The tag line reads: "OK, Google. How do I make an art?" It has been created by street artist Cam Scott, also known as Not Not, who has a lot of this type of stencil artwork in the area.

  2. Fascinating. It could almost be Google advertising for itself.

    1. Not sure about the message exactly but the artist uses a lot of skeletons in his street art along with technology or digital imagery. I'll take some more photos of his stencils which I have seen around the city.

  5. That's something to think about, definitely why it was painted on the door.

  6. So I decided to ask Siri that question. She showed me an article that began, “ Step 1: Justify Your Existence.” That’s as far as I got!
