Rockdale, Gujaga Park, sculpture

This sculpture is located in a garden bed in Gujaga Park, along West Botany Street in the southern suburb of Rockdale. The owl is one of five large animal sculptures carved from sandstone.

      It was only installed last year when the new park and playground were created.

    A very charming statue. We often see owls here and I'm always surprised how large they are.
