This redeveloped warehouse building is on Wharf 9/10 of Sydney Wharf, in the inner city suburb of Pyrmont. The warehouse has been converted to apartments, office space and restaurants. A subtle sign advises that Skateboarding and Roller Blading is not allowed on the boardwalk.
...so modern.
