Dawes Point, public toilet

This automated public toilet is located along Hickson Road, in the inner city suburb of Dawes Point. It features vertical wall gardens and a horizontal roof garden. It is located in the front of a disused former ablutions block, connected to a sandstone cliff face.

  1. The vertical wall gardens make even a public dunny look attractive.

  3. It's looking good with the plants...to hide the smell I guess? #THeRandom

    1. I don't think they smell. They automatically clean themselves after every use. I think the plants are an aesthetic thing.

  4. I haven't seen more cool looking toilet than this, the vertical green wall on a loo is a great initiative. Thanks for sharing with Garden Affair.
