Queen Victoria Building, Lunar New Year, Horse


This Lunar New Year installation was in the central atrium, beneath the historical dome, of the Queen Victoria Building (QVB). In the Chinese zodiac, this year is the Year of the Horse.

      They always have the best displays but they don't keep them up for long.

    The horse is so cleverly created... and well located. How many buildings could place a large horse in their central atrium?
