I don't think so, ProdigalWife. It's in a heritage precinct, so the buildings in this area were never designed with those sorts of facilities. In recent years it has been used by the law school of the University of Sydney.
It seems the court rooms are still in use. I'm not sure what the rest of the building is being used for at the moment because all the old signage has been removed and there's nothing in its place.
