East Circular Quay

  3. Found a book in Berkolouw's last night with an old (mmm ... 1880s) image of Macquarie St with warehouses all along where the toaster is now. Think I will try to reproduce the shot in a nowadays version.

    Like the aspect of this shot of yours, Jim.

  6. Lindz, I don't have any old images of Circular Quay. These new apartments replaced office buildings, which were probably built around the 1950s.

    Julie, I'd be keen to see some of those photos of old warehouses here. I remember seeing some photos of the old tram sheds at the current site of the Opera House.
