Darling Harbour, tall ship, Spirit of New Zealand

The Spirit of New Zealand is a Tall Ship currently moored at the Australian National Maritime Museum at Darling Harbour. An International Fleet Review is being held in Sydney this week to commemorate the centenary of the first entry of the Royal Australian Navy's Fleet into Sydney. A number of Tall Ships from around the world make up a fleet which sailed into Sydney Harbour on Thursday and will next head to Auckland, New Zealand.

  1. A beautiful shot of this great looking tall ship. It's good to have an occasion that brings in the fleet so everyone can enjoy seeing them.

  2. There is something very elegant about those tall ships. No-one bothers with sailing ships these days, but speed isn't everything. Craftsmanship counts too!
