Cook and Phillip Park, Taronga Wild! Rhinos

This painted rhino sculpture is part of the "Taronga Wild! Rhinos" public art exhibition located around the city to raise awareness and funds for Taronga Zoo’s Black Rhino breeding program and conservation projects. It is located on the edge of St Mary's Cathedral Square at Cook and Phillip Park, on the corner of William Street and College Street. "Sentient Being" was created by Mr & Mrs Brown, contemporary artists living in Central West, New South Wales.

  6. Great rhino. I like the colors also it is a little pity for the real rhino's to be pictured as clowns. Have to think about that.

  14. That Rhino is indeed a work of art. It is a combination sculpture/zentangle. Very nicely captured too.
