Customs Square, pavilion, Asian Cup

This inflatable pavilion in Customs Square has been set up for the 2015 AFC Asian Cup from 9 January to 31 January. The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has staged the Asian Cup every four years since 1956 and for the first time in Australia this year. This back view is from the entrance to Customs House looking towards Circular Quay railway station.

  1. It is quite colourful, and having people in the shot gives it a good sense of scale.

  2. What an eye catcher. Not sure I would want to be in it in a gust of wind though.

  3. Seems an odd structure in this harbourside landscape, but still, it is noticeable as intended.

  10. Very colorful. You almost miss the red-rope fencing because your eye is drawn right to that brightly colored tent.
