Darling Point, Sea's Nest

"Sea's Nest" is a sculpture in Yarranabbe Park on the shore of Rushcutters Bay, in the eastern suburb of Darling Point. It was designed by Zhang Yangen and in 2012 featured in the Sculpture By The Sea outdoor sculpture exhibition. It was installed in this park in 2015 by the local council.

  2. Lovely sculpture Jim. I'm wondering how they made it & whether it was cast from molten steel? Looks like it's stainless steel perhaps.

    1. Tony, I was thinking it must be stainless steel since it is exposed to the elements and retains its shine.
