Hurstville, Baptist Church

The former Hurstville Baptist Church is located on the corner of Dora Street and Queens Road in the southern suburb of Hurstville. It was built in 1934 in the Inter War architectural style and is now used a youth centre.

  10. Interesting. I wonder if the faux buttresses have a purpose other than decorative.

  12. I always like the look of brick; and also I always think of the manual labor it took to create it! Beautiful.
