These taxis are in the car park of the Robyn Webster Sports Centre, located in Tempe Reserve, in the inner west suburb of Tempe. Dozens of unneeded taxis stripped of their number plates have been grounded as business has taken a hit during the coronavirus lockdown. The Aboriginal mural painted on the outside of the building is called 'Gift Given' and was created by Bronwyn Bancroft.

They're really nice modern cars. I feel sorry for alot of businesses not being allowed to operate.
ReplyDeleteNicely composed photo. I love the Aboriginal mural and murals in general as they brighten up the outsie. I'm sad about all the loss of business throughout the world.

UI am sorry so many businesses are doing it tough these days. My son relies on tasis, so I hope our taxi company doesn't close down. Stay well.
ReplyDeleteI hope he is able to keep working, Jill.
