The former court house is located along Church Street, in the north western suburb of Ryde. The heritage listed building in the Victorian Rustic Gothic style was used as a courthouse from 1863 to 1923 and briefly used as a council chamber for Ryde Council. Since 1923 it has had church-related community uses related to St Anne's Anglican Church since 1923, known as Young Life Australia.
