These colourful wind socks are part of the Vivid Sydney Festival, which runs from 25 May until 11 June. They hang above Cambridge Street, off Argyle Street at The Rocks. The interactive lights change colour when people walk under them. "Light Breezes" was created by Tim Carr, Tim Hunt, Jo Black and Carter Leung from Arup and Mark Gilder from Mustard Design.
