This complex contains a produce and flea market known as Paddy's Markets on the ground floor, the Market City shopping centre on three levels above, and a skyscraper apartment building called The Peak. The Vegetable Market building was built in 1909 in the Edwardian style with the façade preserved and restored in the 1980 redevelopment.
