This commercial and residential building is next to the Doltone House function centre, located along Belgrave Esplanade, in the southern suburb of Sylvania Waters. It was originally built as a four bedroom house and then used as a restaurant and cafe. It is currently being used as office space.

DeleteIt's great to see a building given a new lease on life. This is so much better than the constant tearing down of older buildings for newer, often "ugly" ones here in Phnom Penh. Wish we saw more adaptive reuse projects like this one, more sustainable in approach and the history of the place is preserved, too.
