Rockdale, Gujaga Park, playground


This playground is located in Gujaga Park, which is along West Botany Street and Bay Street, in the southern suburb of Rockdale. It was built in 2022 on the site of the former Rockdale Bowling Club and Ador Reserve. The circular shade structures light up at night like halos.

This mural is located above the ticket box office, underground car park entrance and merchandise shop in Luna Park which is an amusement park, in the north shore suburb of Milsons Point. The expressions of the people featured here match the smile of the famous Luna Park face at the entrance.

Milsons Point, Luna Park

Luna Park is an amusement park along Olympic Drive, in the north shore suburb of Milsons Point. The  heritage listed amusement park was designed in the art deco style and opened in 1935. Luna Park has temporarily closed to install nine new rides. This view shows the Helter Skelter Cafe, Volare Wave Swinger, Lighthouse and Ferris Wheel.

Milsons Point, Luna Park (Theme Day: Smile)

The entrance to Luna Park, an amusement park along Olympic Drive, in the north shore suburb of Milsons Point. Luna Park opened in 1935, on the site of the former workshops for the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The heritage listed face and towers are designed in the art deco style with the gaping smile forming the entrance.

Martin Place, advertisement

This promotion in the middle of Martin Place was created by Remedy Kombucha, which is a fermented iced tea. Two colourful tents house a sideshow alley, an Australian term for the cluster of attractions at public events such as agricultural shows. They typically comprise of a variety of amusement rides, games, and concession booths, run by independent operators known as 'showies'. At Remedy Alley, they have knock down tin cansthe laughing clowns gamecannon blast and a whack-a-mole game.

Coney Island is part of the Luna Park amusement park, in the north shore suburb of Milsons Point. Coney Island Funny Land is a heritage listed fun house designed by Rupert Brown, which opened in 1935. This art deco building features such classic amusements as the Turkey Trot, Barrel of Laughs, Giant Slides and the Wonky Walk

This ferris wheel rises to 40 metres above the lights of Luna Park amusement park, in the north shore suburb of Milsons Point. Sitting close to the northern pylon of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, it provides spectacular views of Sydney Harbour.

"Spirit of Fun" is a son et lumière or a sound and light show on the facade of Coney Island at Luna Park in the north shore suburb of Milson's Point. This animated light projection was created by Electric Canvas, as part of Vivid Sydney festival and celebrates the history and magic of the amusement park, open since 1935.

Hyde Park, Sydney Festival, Karaoke Carousel

The Karaoke Carousel is one of the attractions in the Village Sideshow in Hyde Park. It is part of the Sydney Festival, a major arts festival which has run annually in January since it was established in 1977. Karaoke Carousel combines karaoke singing with one of Australia's grandest merry-go-rounds.
