This surf shop at Maroubra Beach is located along Marine Parade, in the eastern suburb of Maroubra. The building was formerly a tram shelter at the Maroubra Bay Tram Terminus for tram services which ran from the city from 1921 to 1961.

Maroubra, South Maroubra Life Saving Club

South Maroubra Life Saving Club is located in Arthur Byrne Reserve, off Marine Parade, in the eastern suburb of Maroubra. the club was established in 1907 and the clubhouse built in 1970 was extended and refurbished in 2012. It is now also home to Horizons, a function centre.

Maroubra, pavilion

The Paddy Bastic Pavilion is located in Broadarrow Reserve, off Marine Parade, in the eastern suburb of Maroubra. Originally known as Maroubra Pavilion, it was renamed in 2018 to honour a local identity. It features a restaurant, kiosk and amenities for beachgoers plus a tower for life guards to monitor the beach.

The Big Rubik's Cube was originally a plain concrete block serving as a stormwater drain cover but in 2008 was painted by local artists overnight.

Maroubra, mural

This mural of a Toucan in the jungle is on a shed at the former Maroubra Bowling Club along Malabar Road, in the eastern suburb of Maroubra. The site is no longer used for lawn bowls but the "Bowlo" recreation club is still in operation. Plans to redevelop the site into a health care facility have been submitted to the local council.

Maroubra, St Edmunds Anglican Church

St Edmunds Anglican Church is located on the corner of Wild Street and Holden Street, in the eastern suburb of Maroubra. While it is technically located in Maroubra, it is considered to be the parish of Eastgardens and since 1998 the church has also been known as the Wild Street Anglican Church.
