The winning images from the Gardens in Focus photographic competition in 2010 have been placed on banners and are currently displayed in the Royal Botanic Gardens. This banner is located beside the Main Pond. The competition features photographs that capture the living essence of a botanic garden.

ReplyDeleteJulie, it seems they've been exhibiting these since March but not sure why they are showing the 2010 winners in 2012. Maybe they've already been displayed at the other Botanic Gardens at Mount Annan and Mount Tomah.

ReplyDeleteIt is good that the winning photos are being exhibited. However, perhaps the gardens is not the best location. They have to compete with the natural beauty that surrounds them.
