A young lady is preoccupied with her mobile phone and missing the spectacular view across the bay, from the walkway along the foreshore in the eastern suburb of Rose Bay.
Gorgeous photo - and what a shame to miss this view! Here in the States I see kids walking along oblivious to their surroundings as they play "Pokemon Go". Has this insanity spread "down under"? Thanks for joining the party at http://image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2016/08/cats-consumate-contortionists.html
Yes, Sue, the "Pokemon Go" craze is big in Australia. I heard we were one of the first four countries to get it along with the US, Japan and New Zealand.
The water looks inviting!
ReplyDeleteIt does look great, William, but it would be rather chilly this time of year.

DeleteIt seems to be a common sight where the microscopic view of technology is preferred to nature's grandeur. Great scene.
ReplyDeleteShe is missing a great view.
ReplyDeleteYour photo sums up the lifestyle of many people today.
ReplyDeleteMissing a lot when one is texting. Oh well. Her choice.

Beautiful blue water and bobbing boats and she is looking at....what?.....
ReplyDeleteCould be social media, gaming or texting but nothing could be more interesting than that view.
