Camperdown, University of Sydney, School of Physics

The Physics Building on the University of Sydney campus, in the inner city suburb of Camperdown. It was designed by Royston Keith Harris and Leslie Wilkinson and built in 1926 in the Inter-War Mediterranean architectural style. The Physics Building has housed the School of Physics since then. The main entrance can also be seen here.

  1. The columns beside the doors and the arches over the doors seem to be stone. Different from the walls, but attractive.

  2. Yap, I can tell this is a university. At least this is the architecture I would associate with learning.
