Nice photo! In south Florida two of our most dominant invasive trees are from Australia-- Melaleuca and Australian Pine. Add Brazilian Pepper and you have all the ingredients of our local woodlands.
Kenneth, I imagine that Florida would have a similar climate to Australia so those trees would thrive.
