Arncliffe, railway station


Arncliffe railway station is on the T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Linein the southern suburb of Arncliffe. This is a shelter attached to one of the original buildings on Platform 3 and 4. The building behind it is the Arncliffe Scots Club, a sport and social club since 1926.

Arncliffe railway station is on the T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Linein the southern suburb of Arncliffe. This is one of the original buildings on Platform 3 and 4, built in 1884 and extended in 1923. The cranes rising behind are on a major redevelopment site which has seen public housing demolished to create a number of high rise apartments.

Barangaroo, Crown Sydney


Crown Sydney is a skyscraper in the inner city suburb of Barangaroo. The building was designed by WilkinsonEyre and completed in 2020 and mainly comprises of a hotel, casino and residential apartments. It stands at 75 floors, making it the tallest building in Sydney and fourth tallest building in Australia. This view is from the walkway on the north side of the building.

Barangaroo, railway station

 
Barangaroo railway station is an underground station on the Sydney Metro North West & Bankstown railway line in the inner city suburb of Barangaroo. This station opened in 2024 when the Metro North West Line was extended from Chatswood to Sydenham via Central. This main entrance is along Hickson Road, near Nawi Cove. The tallest buildings in the background are One Sydney Harbour and Crown Sydney.

Barangaroo railway station is an underground station on the Sydney Metro North West & Bankstown railway line in the inner city suburb of Barangaroo. It opened in 2024 when the Metro North West Line was extended from Chatswood to Sydenham via Central. This lift or elevator entrance is along Hickson Road, facing Nawi Cove. The terrace houses above the carved sandstone cliff face are in Millers Point.

Paddington, fountain (Theme Day: Bubbles)

This fountain is located in Strong Memorial Reserve along Oxford Street, where it once connected to Elizabeth Street, in the inner city suburb of Paddington. It was installed in 1968 and features the figure of a child sitting on an urn mounted on a pedestal. The sculpture is painted gold but it had previously been silver as seen hereThe streams of water create bubbles in the basin of the fountain
